What is the status of my order?
Most items are ready to ship, others may be made to order so please allow 2-3 days for production.
How much is shipping and how long does it take to receive my package?
Our shipping fee is $8 flat. Free shipping for orders over $50. All items in my shop will be shipped from Wisconsin. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days. If it is past 14 business days, please contact me to check on the status of your order.
Please note that we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once your package is dropped off, I no longer have control over it. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (USPS) to file a claim. Make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Can I change something on my order?
I do not have the ability to add an item to your order. If your item has not been shipped yet, we can send you a free shipping code so you can place an additional order to add with your original order. Please note that adding something to your order will delay your package.
If your items has been shipped and/or delivered, you will have to place a new order.

What if I need to cancel an order?
Please message us to check if your order is already in production. If it is still in queue we will be able to cancel your order.
Do you design/commission?
No, I do not help with any graphics or logos. I also do not take drawing requests but will surely put it in my list of ideas!
What is your refund/return policy?
You may return items within 14 days of purchase and receive an in-store credit. Shipping fee is not included in the return and returning the item will be at customer's cost. Once we receive the item, we will issue you the in-store credit code to the email used on the order.
Do you have a physical store location?
I do not. All items are ordered online and shipped from Wisconsin. We do try to table at markets :) Follow our Instagram to know when we will have a pop-up.

Do you offer local pick up?
At this time, I do not offer local pick ups.
